Featuring lots of natural lighting, windows looking over Asheville, & an open design, Asia House's 2nd floor is available to the community for events, seminars & gatherings. Whether it is for a single use, weekly classes or monthly rentals, we are the best choice for holding your event downtown. Asia House's community space is 30ft x 50ft, can hold up to 49 people, has a kitchen setup available for light catering, & all the other amenities needed to make any event a success. ASIA HOUSE COMMUNITY SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION
• Rental: $30-$50 per hour, with a 15 minute window before and after start of short events, 30 minute window before and after the start of all day events.
• Mondays through Thursdays until 5pm: $30 per hour
• Evenings and Fridays through Sundays: $50 per hour
• Use of kitchen facilities requires a $350 deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY AT ASIA HOUSE
Asia House cancellation policy is as follows:
• if you are canceling in the same rental month you have booked and paid for, your already paid fee is unfortunately not refundable or transferrable. At such short notice, we have no hope in finding another renter for the times you had booked as people look for space months in advance. As a not for profit community space, we rely on every bit of rental income to help pay our mortgage, utilities and bills. Any sudden loss in expected income is very hard on us. We thank you for your understanding and will mark your paid fee as a donation.
• If you cancel your event before your rental month and it is your first cancellation, there is no fee or penalty to you. However, should you book any future events at Asia House, it would need to be paid for in full at time of confirmation and would be non refundable or transferrable the second time. Should that event need to be cancelled, your payment will be marked as a donation. We understand that this can seem hard, but please remember that we rely on rental income to remain open and cannot do so without this policy.
